This website is run by Al Leith Racing, a Libyan-owned racing stable. Its horses race as Al Leith Racing in the United Arab Emirates and as Al Leith Racing Club in Europe.

You may use the site for your own information and to contact us. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or republish the site's content at scale without our permission;
• interfere with how the site works or try to break its security;
• send us unlawful, abusive or misleading messages;
• use the site to harass anyone or to pretend to be someone else.

The site presents the stable's horses, trainers, wins, race days, race reports and photographs. Race results are taken from official public race results and we check them with care. Racing authorities can correct results after publication, and the site may contain mistakes or be out of date.

Nothing on the site is betting advice, financial advice, or an offer to sell, or an invitation to invest in, any horse or business. If you are interested in buying or investing in a horse, contact us; any arrangement would be agreed separately and in writing.

The text, photographs, logos, design and other material on this site belong to Al Leith Racing or are used with the permission of their owners. The Al Leith Racing name and crest are ours.

You may view the site and share its pages by link. For any other use, including republishing photographs or text, please ask us first at info@al-leithracing.com.

When you send a message through the contact form, we use it to reply to you, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Sending a message does not create an agreement between you and us. We usually reply within a day but cannot promise a response time.

The site links to other websites and services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and racing results websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle personal information. Please use them under their own terms.

We try to keep the site available, but we do not promise that it will always work or be free of errors. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise the site is provided as it is, and as far as the law allows, Al Leith Racing is not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on the information on the site or from being unable to use it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the law that applies to the Al Leith Racing business in the place where it operates, and any dispute will be handled by the courts with authority under that law.
